Swimming pool offers great joy and adventure until you maintain them regularly with necessary treatments. Maintaining the pool water is the important key factor which makes your swimming healthy and pleasant. Many people are unaware of the water diseases that may affect them while swimming in the unsafe waters. Your pool water may get exposed to some dangerous water diseases through air, environment and frequent swimmers.

Removing Disinfectants


It is said that each and every swimmers diving into the pool water adds micro-organisms, which they carry through their clothing and body. In addition to this, the water in the pool will get affected by certain micro-organism by external factors like air and environment. It is very much important to remove these micro-organisms to prevent water prone diseases. Adding oxidiser’s such as chlorine or its substitute is the best way to clean your pool water. They act as disinfectants and sanitize your pool water for safe swimming.




Stabilizing PH in Pool Water


PH levels of pool water are mainly tested to calculate the acidity of the water. The acids and alkaline in the pool water should be equally maintained to prevent any chemical reactions which may result in skin problems and other respiratory symptoms. The ideal PH level for any water should be between the ranges of 7.2 to 7.8. A low PH in water can cause eye irritations, damage to pool components due to rusting. High PH levels can cause skin irritation and cloudiness.


Removal of Algae


Algae are a floral microorganism that grows along the edges and bottom of the pool. These microorganisms can be seen as green or brown colour signs along the walls or bottom of the pool structure. They harm the pool water by making them toxic and cause severe health problems. Adding a particular amount of Algaecides like chlorine to the pool water can resist the growth of Algae.


Pool Filters


Cleaning or skimming the pool water to remove the dust particles and debris is a hectic task and requires a lot of time. Installing pool filters in your swimming pool can solve this problem at an ease. Pool filters can be turned on to remove the solid waste and debris in the pool water and it also prevents the pool water to get cloudy due to the presence of large dust particles.
